Jillian found this nest in our front yard. She brought it inside and was upset that it had fallen out of a tree. I asked her to show me where she found it and once we looked at the spot together, it was clear that the bird had constructed the nest right in the grass in the middle of the yard. Crazy bird!
Ben's 4th grade end of the year music presentation: a night of Jazz.
My mother's day gift, a magnolia tree. Ben named it George.
Heading out to "Outdoor School" for three days! The 4th graders at Wilkes go to Islandwood. Ben had a wonderful time. It was weird not having him home!
Jillian's final band concert, ever! She's not playing in High School.
Happy 43rd Birthday, Brad! Or 4,111th?
Ben and his best friend, Henry on the last day of school! No more elementary school for these guys! They're on to bigger and better things as 5th graders at Sakai next year. The best part is that they'll get to sleep in an extra hour!
