Itchy Eyes
Has anyone else noticed the over-abundance of pollen in the air this year? I've never seen it this bad...even when it rains and I think the air will clear, it rides on the waves of water over our driveway. I normally have mild seasonal allergies, but this year I want to tear my eyes out! They have been itching like crazy for at least a month. I finally broke down and bought some allergy eye drops. Guess what? They make my eyes burn! So now my eyes itch AND burn! I'm starting to question whether Spring is really my favorite season...

You have my FULL sympathy! I have suffered from hay fever my whole life (usually my eyes swell closed and I get to spend a few days laying on the couch with a wet rag over my face). This year, at the first sign of itching/sneezing, I started taking Claritan. Never miss a day. It has really helped. My eyes haven't itched at all this spring.

I'm unfortunately with you, Jenny! The only thing that really helps me is that horrible spray you have to stick up your nose. Well, at least the rain has washed some of the pollen out of the air.
